Problems that you can check or solve yourself:

The fuse or circuit breaker trips. This depends on the voltage on the installation.

Normally there is 230V between the phase and neutral. P = U * I = 230 * 16 = 3680W

A B16 circuit breaker switches off immediately if a short-circuit current of 80A is measured (5*In).

A C16 switches off at 160A short-circuit current (10*In). A C16 is often used for machines with a high starting current.

It is also important that the temperature in your fuse box does not become too high. Above 25 degrees, the response value of the circuit breaker decreases.

A 16A circuit breaker can then switch off at a consumption of 13A.

Maintenance is important, and a refrigeration company is preferred.

Clean the condenser by carefully blowing through it with air and then with water.

Check the contacts and terminals annually and tighten them if necessary.
And check and clean the 220V plug and contra plug for good contact.

Replace them in case of heavy or damage or contamination.

Perform the cooling capacity test to check for possible gas shortage.

For operational reliability, perform preventive maintenance as follows if necessary.

Replace the compressor starting capacitor after 3 years with intensive use.

Replace the condenser fan after 4 years and replace the evaporator motor after 5 years.

Replace the magnetic switch after 6 years.

Advice after 6 years in case of a refrigerant leak or refrigeration repair, replace the pressure sensor and dryer.
