STERALINE Black
STERASEAL
HEAVY DUTY
Specially for heavy applications and applications.
The hybrid composition guarantees adhesion
to almost all building materials, such as metal,
wood, stone, plaster, glass, Trespa, clay, lead,
rubber, copper and concrete and natural stone.
Very suitable for roofers and
construction companies because of the perfect
processing on wet surfaces,
such as in gutters or facade panel bonding
during rain.
Dries quickly and is very UV-resistant.
In addition, STERASEAL is also very suitable
for use in the automotive and automotive sector.
Instructions for use:
The parts to be bonded must be thoroughly cleaned
with MAKRA Action Remover (Art. No. 310-490)
and allowed to evaporate for approx. 5 minutes.
If necessary, apply primer.
Apply STERASEAL to the surfaces to be bonded
and join the parts together within 10 minutes.
If necessary, fix the connection for a few hours
and do not load for at least 8 hours.
Remove excess STERASEAL with
MAKRA Action Remover.
If in doubt about the adhesion to plastic or
other smooth surfaces, we recommend activating them
with MAKRA EVOPRIMER 81 (Art. No. 302-62/evo).
If in doubt about the adhesion to porous surfaces,
we recommend pre-treating them with
STERALINE UNI-PRIMER (Art. No. S1070).
For expansion joints and connection joints in
swimming pool tiles, always use
STERALINE DILA-PRIMER (Art. No. S1071).
Can be sprayed over wet-on-wet (10 minutes).
After 4 hours, first reactivate with
MAKRA MS PRIMER 77 (Art. No. 302-63).

When using synthetic
lacquers on the STERASEAL Heavy Duty,
20%
2K hardener must be added to the synthetic lacquer.
