Slip and wear-resistant paint for the deck based on
Epifanes Multiforte is a fast-drying and wear-resistant paint for decks and floors.
This semi-gloss paint offers excellent protection for those places
that are subject to intensive use. Due to the specific properties
maintenance while sailing is no problem.
The added acrylate copolymer ensures that this paint has
optimal adhesion to almost any surface.
Application:
On wood, steel and aluminium, indoors and outdoors
above the waterline, in combination with the
associated primers.
Maintenance of existing one-component systems.
Drying times at 20°C. / 65% RLV
and 50 μm dry layer thickness
Dust-dry: after 15 min
Can be painted over: after 6 hours

Hard semi-gloss topcoat for deck and den
Type: Air-drying
Base: Urethane resin, alkyd resin, acrylate copolymer resin.
Properties:
Fast-drying hard topcoat for deck and den.
Provides excellent adhesion and is very wear-resistant.
Very suitable for painting those
(ship) parts that are quickly and intensively loaded after painting.
Application:
For new work over one-component primers on wood,
steel, polyester and aluminium. Also suitable for
maintenance of intact, well-adhering
synthetic lacquer layers.

Shelf life
At least 3 years from date of production, if stored at a
temperature between 5° and 30° in unopened original packaging.
Processing conditions during:
Application and drying
Temperature minimum 12°C. - maximum 28°C.
Relative humidity minimum 50% - maximum 75%
Always apply this product and allow it to dry in well-ventilated
rooms.
Thinner brush: Epifanes Paint Thinner
Thinner conventional spray: Epifanes 1-C Spray Thinner
Thinner airless spray: Epifanes Thinner D-100
Processing: Brush - roller - conventional spray.
Soft, oval brushes of good painter's quality.
Mohair and suitable moltopren rollers
Recommended layer thickness per layer: 100 μm wet = 50 μm dry
Processing instructions
Stir well before use.
Do not apply this product wet-on-wet and avoid higher
layer thicknesses than advised to prevent sagging and problems
with the. Temperature of paint, object and
environment should not differ too much from each other.
Theoretical yield:
10m² per litre @ 50 μm dry layer thickness
Practical yield: The yield depends on the
application method, conditions during application,
quality of the substrate and the shape of the object,
etc.
